“We are very grateful for the efforts of the hotel colleagues. Due to schedule constraints, the hotel allowed us to check in two hours early on the first day. On the last day, due to schedule constraints, after returning from the Red Route, the hotel still arranged a place for us to shower so that we could continue our trip.
