"Not much service was available. We arrived with 3 luggage’s and no one was at the front door to help us bring in the luggages.
When we checked into the room, it was different from the photos that were advertised at the time of the booking. We tried to talk to the front desk but they just rudely ignore the comment and mentioned that all rooms in the hotels were all the same.
We had to call hotels.com to help us sort out the issue, which the staff at hotels.com helped and finally assisted us to a room change. Shout out to the hotels.com team for that.
In general the hotel is new and clean. To use the pool the require swimming caps, which they charge another EUR 5 for , and if you want to use the hot tub, it is another EUR 35 for the reservation. So we rarely saw anyone use any of the facilities.
The breakfast was quite good, but tables and floor are often not cleaned.
Overall the hotel is good because it is new , but service and amenities were disappointing. "
