「Es una residencia universitaria, que ejerce de hotel en verano. El apartamento es muy espacioso y bien equipado para una familia de 4, con una habitación doble con baño, dos habitaciones individuales y un segundo baño. La cocina bien equipada (menaje nuevo, nevera, congelador, microondas, encimera vitrocerámica, horno y tostadora). Mesa de comedor redonda grande y sofá cómodo. Sin TV, pero no la necesitamos.
