“Our stay at Villa Brunella in Capri was absolutely amazing! From the moment we booked, the team impressed us with their attention to detail. They sent clear instructions on how to reach the hotel and explained all the services available. We used the luggage service from the ferry with our funicular tickets and had a lovely 10–15 minute stroll through Capri’s beautiful streets to reach the hotel.
When we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff met us right away and personally walked us to our room……

“The service is incredibly!!! Close to the downtown Capri !!!
The pool is not as the photo shown as big , no need to have high expectation on their inhouse pool ~
Yet , the hotel is close to the amazing marina piccola beach !!! Top level in the world !!! Check it out !!!”

“The shower drain age was blocked and the hotel only provided customers with paper cups in their rooms not to mention they gave us 2 only despite there are 3 people staying in the room. Never thought a 4 star hotel would serve paper cups to clients. Additionally, there wasn’t a kettle in the room. ”

“We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Capri. The views alone are absolutely spectacular—waking up to that scenery every day was unforgettable and truly made the trip feel special.
The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which always makes such a difference when traveling. They were helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
