“Located right on the Main square, Piazza Tasso, the hotel is convenient to all points of Sorrento. The pictures of the rooms on line are a true depiction of where you are staying. Although there are floor to ceiling windows, they are well insulated so when they are closed there is no noise heard from the square. Simone and her staff are pleasant and accommodating. Just note, If you are looking for a hotel with 24 hour front desk this is not the place for you, however if you want a true……

“Get the room with the view, fabulous view, and a big terrace. Good breakfast room, and was an easy walk to downtown. I thought the walk back was going to be a little hard, but was easy. Very relaxing atmosphere, and nice and quiet at night. I would recommend as a place to stay. There was a parking lot within 25 metres.”

Convenient location, near everything, all shops, restaurants, the ferry to Capri, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello as well as the train to Pompeii and Naples. Would 100% recommend this lovely hotel.”

“Maison Iovino is a great accommodation at a great location. When booking, I was a little apprehensive, as it was not a typical hotel. But after checking in, we found it to be better than a hotel. There were several rooms at the facility, and the facility was new and stylishly furnished. Its location on the main street is super convenient. Our host Maximo was very friendly and helpful. He gave us good restaurant and laundromat recommendations, and was even helpful in booking tours after hours.……

“Good central location close to Sorrento train station and main shopping street. Buffet breakfast with beautiful dining area. The hotel is old and dated fittings could be visibly seen in the room. We disliked the air-con & ventilation most, as according to reception, it would function only when we set it at least 2 degree higher than current in-room temperature. We wanted anything below 24 degree and end up not having ventilation for the night.”
