「I strongly recommend this B&B if you come to Sorrento. I stayed there for 2 nights with my family. All of us had enjoyable time there and would probably stay there again next time. - Convenient location. However, there were 2 major issues which were not in keeping with a 5* at this price point: 1) there is a huge unattached manhole on the road in front of the hotel which makes a racket every time a car drives over it and keeps you up at night through the night; 2) a horrible drain stench from the toilet / bidet in the rooms. 「Good central location close to Sorrento train station and main shopping street. Buffet breakfast with beautiful dining area. The hotel is old and dated fittings could be visibly seen in the room. We disliked the air-con & ventilation most, as according to reception, it would function only when we set it at least 2 degree higher than current in-room temperature. We wanted anything below 24 degree and end up not having ventilation for the night.」

「Maison Iovino is a great accommodation at a great location. When booking, I was a little apprehensive, as it was not a typical hotel. But after checking in, we found it to be better than a hotel. There were several rooms at the facility, and the facility was new and stylishly furnished. Its location on the main street is super convenient. Our host Maximo was very friendly and helpful. He gave us good restaurant and laundromat recommendations, and was even helpful in booking tours after hours....
