「Spacious modern room with balcony. Very comfortable and lots of amenities. Very quiet location with walking distance to La "piazza di Sorrento with shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend 」

「Modern and stylish decoration. Very clean and spacious room. The staff are really friendly. Our room is just next to the rooftop restaurant so it was a bit noisy in the morning as they started to prepare the breakfast around 7:15 am. However it did not really affected us since we are early risers. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk to the train / bus station, and 10 minutes to the port. Highly recommended!」

Melania was amazing; so helpful with recommendations for food and arranging our transportation. We will be back for sure. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful and relaxing stay.」

「Lovely hotel, amazing views, manicured gardens, excellent staff, (Carmen, Martina, Connie, Gaetano, Valentina, Laura, Roberta to mention but a few) good spa. However, there were 2 major issues which were not in keeping with a 5* at this price point: 1) there is a huge unattached manhole on the road in front of the hotel which makes a racket every time a car drives over it and keeps you up at night through the night; 2) a horrible drain stench from the toilet / bidet in the rooms. To the hotels...

You walk down and there are restaurants and shopping within feet. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful part of Italy and highly recommend staying here. 」

「The B&B is located in an unusual building but the location is great for exploring Sorrento. We stayed in the Capri suite, which has a wonderful view and terrace/balcony. The room was very clean and serviced daily. The best thing about staying at Serale Suites was Lisa who greeted us every morning and fed us an incredibly delicious breakfast. This lovely lady works extremely hard and did an amazing job in making us feel welcome. Grazie! 」

「Good central location close to Sorrento train station and main shopping street. Buffet breakfast with beautiful dining area. The hotel is old and dated fittings could be visibly seen in the room. We disliked the air-con & ventilation most, as according to reception, it would function only when we set it at least 2 degree higher than current in-room temperature. We wanted anything below 24 degree and end up not having ventilation for the night.」
