“Chatham House is a beautiful property ideally located close to downtown Kelowna. Our 3 night stay was absolutely perfect and we loved everything about the heritage house and staff. Every small detail of the property and our stay was thoughtfully taken care of by the owner and staff. Lola, thank you, you were absolutely brilliant. Thanks also to Janet. “隔音很差，旁边房间说什么话听的一清二楚。半夜三点四十五，酒店服务员关门开门的声音一直持续了二十分钟。早上七点开始，就有陆陆续续开关门的声音，住了两天，每天都被吵醒。酒店里几乎什么都没有，桌子是坏的。唯一庆幸的是前台接待员服务很好。”

“We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the surroundings (right on the lake) and the spacious room. The food at Oak + Cru was super delish. All the servers were really great. ”

“I have stayed here before. The staff are great, very helpful and friendly. The room was as clean as you would expect for a budget motel, beds were comfy and pillows everything worked in the room and there were enough towels for our 2 night stay. Pool and hot tub area was also clean. Very happy again with my stay. ”

“The staff were absolutely phenomenal, I came here to celebrate my anniversary and the staff went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect, upon entering our room we were welcomed with a charcuterie board and the most delicious chocolate covered strawberries. The room was extremely clean and smelled so nice inside. As a long time prestige hotel guest they never fail to give the best experience possible during your stay. ”
