「The house is very nice spacious, bright and clean. Our room is good size, comfortable with a nice bathroom. The host is friendly, mostly left us alone to do our stuff. It's in a neighbor very close to downtown, a few minutes' walk. It backs up to a busy highway, so can be noisy if windows are opened, but very quiet when closed. 「隔音很差，旁边房间说什么话听的一清二楚。半夜三点四十五，酒店服务员关门开门的声音一直持续了二十分钟。早上七点开始，就有陆陆续续开关门的声音，住了两天，每天都被吵醒。酒店里几乎什么都没有，桌子是坏的。唯一庆幸的是前台接待员服务很好。」

「We needed to change rooms and the front desk staff were more than accommodating and did not hesitate to honour our request. To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed. Can’t say enough about the friendliness and accommodating nature of the front desk person. 」

「Steve and Christy are absolutely fabulous hosts. Their established rivals any 5 Star accommodation that I have ever stayed in.
