Villa 3131 features a lofted primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, offering privacy and a cozy retreat above the main living space. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds, ideal for children or additional guests. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep up to six guests.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, a dining area for gathering, and a screened lanai overlooking the landscaped grounds and pool—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Captiva Island may undergo beach renourishment projects seasonally, which could temporarily affect beach access or create construction noise. We strive to keep guests informed, but timelines are subject to change.
