This comfortable updated Bayside Villa in South Seas is the perfect spot for an Island vacation. A beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bathroom penthouse with the largest Bayside Villa floor plan. Watch boats, dolphins, manatees, and seabirds from your large lanai overlooking the Bay. This spacious townhome has plenty of room for you and your family to spread out yet still be together. The condo features a full kitchen, living area, and screened porch on the main level with direct views out to the Roosevelt Channel and Pine Island Sound. There are three bedrooms, the master has a king-size bed with beautiful bay views, a second bedroom with a king-size bed in a bright and beautiful setting, and the third bedroom with two double beds. There are three bathrooms, all attached to each bedroom for your convenience. The beach is just a short walk away from the Beach Villas.
