“The photos on the website are not accurate. AC didn’t work, refrigerator and tv. Nothing was done to solve any of these problems. We were so hot sleeping at night. We had to ask for codes for laundry room (which didn’t work), pool and WiFi. We thought there would be access to the new waterpark because the description says it’s right by it. Sorry, no access. Lots of construction around the parking lot.The porch view was great. Beach access is across the street.”

“The resort grounds and pool area were beautiful and clean; the room was clean, close to the waterpark/pool area and beach access. Overall enjoyed the trip. Great if ypu have young children; but, Poor communication between South Seas resort and Vrbo: there were differences between check in and check out times; the view from our balcony in the unit given to us on arrival, was different than the picture of the unit online when I made the reservation; The contact host for Vrbo who was ALSO the……

“Great property, nice and clean and it actually had 2 bathrooms, although I think the description said 1 bathroom. That was a pleasant surprise.The check in process was a little rough. I went to the front desk to check in and they told me they don’t deal with any VRBO reservations. I couldn’t reach the host for about an hour, but when I did, he met me at the front desk and the front desk and helped with the check in process . So if you rent from Fernando, just give your name to the front desk and……
