“The location was great! The condo was really nice and the balcony and view was a bonus. Living room couch and chairs were fairly worn and stained. The other furniture was nice. Loved the galley kitchen and the large sink. However the refrigerator's ice machine was leaking into the main compartment of the frig. The instructions to get into the condo and lock box was inaccurate and should be updated. Also trying to figure out where we were allowed to go was confusing. ”

“The photos on the website are not accurate. AC didn’t work, refrigerator and tv. Nothing was done to solve any of these problems. We were so hot sleeping at night. We had to ask for codes for laundry room (which didn’t work), pool and WiFi. We thought there would be access to the new waterpark because the description says it’s right by it. Sorry, no access. Lots of construction around the parking lot.The porch view was great. Beach access is across the street.”

“Great place to celebrate our parents’ 65th. Rosen was extremely helpful when we had requests. The beach view was wonderful. Only negatives would be the stairs - they were quite steep & uneven in height which made it difficult at times - and the walls are a bit thin so crying kids could be heard many times. Overall, a great trip and Captiva never disappoints.”
