“Development was very nice. Friendly community & well kept pool & club house. Convenient to restaurants, shopping & beaches. Villa needed work. When we arrived bathtub was clogged & 2 sink faucets needed to be replaced. Owner responded quickly to that problem. Oven was not clean. The tv’s didn’t work because remotes needed batteries & one needed relplacement. One remote was so sticky we needed to use a paper towel to hold it. We wanted to enjoy our stay without complaining to the host. Renters……

“This place was amazing! Us and a few other families rented out the entire property for the weeknd. Our house was modern and set up so perfectly. They have everything you might possibly need covered inside and out. More than enough dishes, cooking utensils, and storage containers. The bedrooms are set up nicely and the bathrooms have ample towels and are beautifully done. They have multiple beach wagons, chairs, and umbrellas for you to use during your stay and the beach is a 3-5 minute walk from……

“It seemed to be recently remodeled in excellent condition. Good safe location. Lots of room for a couple but had an extra bedroom so it would work great for a family. The outdoor area was huge with a great gas grill area. Lots of extra little touches like coffee tea chocolate andchampagne.”

“The property itself is beautiful and spacious. It was immaculately clean and the little touches did not go unnoticed. Communication with the host was instantaneous whenever we had a question. One of the nicer VRBO homes we have stayed in. It is centrally located and close to Publix, great restaurants, and shopping. “Where do I start. We arrived in the house to find there are not seven bedrooms, but six. The pool was not clean it had leaves and other items at the bottom as well as the hot tub had a used filter laying in it along with other debris and was cold. The hot tub took 24 hours to heat up.
