However, the front door would not lock the entire stay and the latch going out to the pool did not work so we worried about our 1-year-old and 4-year-old! Evidently the owner of the home has a camera system……

“Really great property for a family vacation! We had an awesome time and any prior communication with the host was handled promptly and professionally. It was also really nice to not be so far up Captiva that doing things on Sanibel was a pain. The beach was lovely, we really lucked out with sunsets, and having our own pool was amazing (especially when traveling with a toddler). We really loooved the screened in deck and ate most meals out there!Good to know that it is super close to the main……

“We loved our visit to Sunny By You! This was our third time visiting NCI and we wanted to bring our dogs with us - so thankful we found Eric & Pat’s lovely home where we felt like our pets were actually welcomed. There was a water dish and extra poop bags which were appreciated. There were so many great things about this home - beautiful landscaping and exterior, ample open living space and super comfy bedrooms with phone and watch chargers galore, with very nice sun blocking shades, ceiling……

“We stayed at the property in April 2026. It is a cute bungalow, and was very clean. The living and sleeping areas were extremely spacious. The beds were super comfortable and the bath linens were plush. We loved the bicycles. There were even beach chairs available, which was a nice touch. The only problem, and it was a big problem, was the door lock. When we arrived, it was 10:00 on a Friday night and we were unable to open the door. After about 10 minutes I phoned the after hours emergency……
