The friendliest hotel we have ever stayed at! Delightful staff and wonderful secluded location but near the town centre. Lots of events, some free, and helpful advice on where to visit. The room was spacious with a good view and wi-fi was generally okay.

The resort was very clean and well maintained. A serene environment. Beautiful room and private peaceful pool. The sounds of the waterfalls and birds truly kept me grounded. The staff was exceptional from even before I arrived communication was so great. They were beyond kind and accommodating. I cannot wait to return.

This place is truly a paradise. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff at Puri Sebali were incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. And the food absolutely amazing!

Very impressed overall with the property and especially the staff. Everywhere you go you will always be greeted by someone with a smile . The villas are absolutely gorgeous and we would highly recommend staying at one if you can . This has been our first time traveling to Bali and it will not be our last. We had a great memorable vacation. Hotel staff went above and beyond to make the day special especially for our 34th Wedding anniversary and for my birthday, decorated our room and gave surprise cake. The daily breakfast is a feast and sitting by the Lotus Cafe/ Ubod Water Palace every morning is a treat. Our half day tour experience is beautiful and worth it. The Incense class/ ceremony and complimentart visit to Ubod Water Palace as a hotel guest is another great bonus experience. We got upgraded to a roomy quiet and beautiful Royal room and our family with us stayed at the classic room w balcony looking over Water Palace is beautiful.Special mention to Heri, Putu,Arya Yunita,Mang Ayu, Manik, Olag and Musta. Also thank you to Wayan and Ketut for incense class. Thank you to housekeeping team for a beautiful and clean room for 6 days. We will return w more family and friends next time
