“Very nice villa, the place was super clean. All bedrooms are downstairs and the living/dining area is upstairs. Gorgeous views from everywhere. The pool area is nice and shady, was cleaned every morning. My NSR concierge Jose was fantastic, he made sure all my needs were taken care of. I would definitely go back. ”

“Right in front of Panga Drops but you can't see it unless you walk around the big house. Security check-in guards were not informed of our coming and had to call the office. If you arrive after hours, plan for a complicated process to enter. We had a problem with electricity, as is common is Nicaragua, but the NSR office was reluctant to spend money on the propane generator for our electricity because this casita is just a 'basic residence'. Karla, la dueña es super amable, nos llevó en su propio carro a mostarnos la zona y dos dejó en un restaurante. Ella es muy servicial y pendiente de cualquier cosa. El apartemento es muy amplio y comodo y bien mantenido. Sentimos seguros y bien atendidos. Recomiendo ese lugar y esparamos volver allí en el futuro. ”

“I booked the room through the app for my driver and it was already paid for and received email confirmation for it. When the driver got there and tried to check in, they said : oh we don’t have availability!!! They offered to go check in at another location which was 20 minutes drive away!!
