No turn down service, so unfriendly- 3 fully grown adult roaches on our week stay- We checked out an entire day early because such terrible service & pests on top of it- please do better, we were so excited to be there & left for the live pests so we don’t risk any roaches getting into our clothing items- and no, a refund was not asked for nor offered-

Pleasantly surprised. No frills. But bed was super comfy. Room was impeccably clean with a large TV. It’s directly (very close) next to a truck stop. The trucks were loud. Get a room on the west side of the building if you can.

The room was not in ideal condition. Especially the bathroom. The overall condition of the room was not BAD but definitely could use improvement. The owner/manager was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was satisfactory. I shortened my stay by one day to return home early, even though I could not be refunded for that.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Amenities Stayed at Country Garden and Suite in Benton, IL and was very impressed. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and everything looked recently updated.The hot breakfast in the morning was a great touch — fresh and filling. The staff was friendly and check-in was fast and easy. I also liked that the hotel is right off the highway, which made it convenient for my road trip.
