The property is 50 meters from the beach.
At the same time very central of the town, is encentra in a quiet area. Restaurants, bars, gym, shops so that you can enjoy a relaxing and pleasant holiday with family or friends.
The house has a solarium and area to hang towels and clothes.
Perfect for summer holidays and enjoy the activities that take place during this time in the town. Scuba diving, boat rental, hiking, kayak and bicycle routes, adventure, horseback riding, etc.
If what you are looking for is to rest, this is your apartment, since your façade can not be found on the promenade, you can rest or read a book without the annoying noise of the stalls of different clothes and crafts that are installed in that space and the walk of the people.
