Leider stimmte der Eindruck von den Fotos im Internet nicht mit der Realität überein. Viel Schmutz, vorallem in der Küche (Kühlschrank), Geschirrspüler, Maden auf dem Fußboden.Diskussionen mit Vermieter langwierig und ermüdend. Eine der beiden Außenkameras wurde nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung angeblich abgschaltet.

Tolles Haus mit fantastischer Veranda

Tolles Haus, das innen und aussen viel Platz bietet, mit viel Atmosphäre. Einzig die Betten sind für ein Paar etwas klein (alle nur 140cm). Bettwäsche und Badtücher muss man mitnehmen. Ansonsten perfektes Haus um entspannt Urlaub zu geniessen

Maison agréable malgré d'importants problèmes de propreté et un état général à revoir

La maison est agréable mais nous avons dû refaire un grand nettoyage avant de pouvoir nous installer à notre arrivée. Les couettes sont très légères et ne sont pas doubles malgré des lits en 140. Nous avons difficilement trouvé 3 verres à vin au milieu d’une vaisselle disparate. Enfin, le sol avec le jonc de mer déchiré partout donne une impression vraiment négligée de la maison. Ces défauts ne nous ont pas empêchés de passer un très bon séjour. La région est magnifique et la maison est bien située.

A savoir

Maison plutôt spacieuse, et bien placée dans un environnement calme. Les 3 chambres sont assez agréables (même si lors de notre séjour un volet roulant était bloqué) Le propriétaire est avenant, il faut savoir qu’il campe dans un coin du jardin, il est donc réactif et disponible et reste malgré tout discret. Il faut noter aussi que le terrain n’est pas clôturé attention à vos enfants, mais la route à proximité est peu passante. Pour finir, les volumes sont intéressants mais il y a quelques finitions à finaliser ou à reprendre. (Je vous souhaite aussi d’inciter pour faire l’état des lieux en arrivant, cela évite de potentiels problèmes et discussions par la suite, finalement bien terminé dans notre cas) Le bilan de notre séjour sur carcans est positif, nous avons vraiment apprécié la proximité avec le lac et la mer. Une belle destination en famille

Très bon séjour

La communication a été simple efficace avec le propriétaire. La location est très pratique, spacieuse et dispose de commodités qui font que l'on peut passer un très bon séjour. Il y a des commerces de proximité. Nous recommandons totalement cette location pour passer un séjour entre amis !

Maison agréable avec beau jardin payager

Suite séjour de 3 semaines, la maison est bien située dans Carcans ville, très proche des commerces et à 10 min du Lac en voiture. Son emplacement est très calme, peu de voitures passent, avec un très beau jardin paysager, les tuyas permettent d'être isolé de l'exterieur. La maison est confortable, très propre, les décorations interieures et exterieures sont très réussis et agréables, la terrasse exterieure très pratique permet de manger dehors même en cas de pluie. Le séjour est très beau et bien équipé, la cuisine ouverte avec le bar est vraiment sympa mais les rangements manquent un peu. Les chambres sont agréables, il manque également des rangements. Le séjour a été très agréable, la communication avec le propriétaire était très bonne, je recommande cette maison :)

Pour la maison de Carcans

La maison est très agréable à vivre, le jardin et la terrasse sont très appréciables, l'environnement est calme et les commerces de base sont vraiment proches. Le fait qu'il n'y ait qu'une salle de bain peut être un peu gênant d'autant plus qu'elle est ouverte sur une chambre (un rideau permet de fermer).

Good surf vibrations

nice house bringing you in that surfin safari mood rapidly. Location is ideal: supermarket, bakery around the corner. Surf spots, surf shops/rental/repair in a 15 min drive distance. A lot of space in and around the house. We (family of 4) had a great stay. Thanks Didier!

Great location, comfortable villa

The villa is in a great location for exploring the Medoc and all it has to offer. Arcachon Bay and Bordeaux are both within easy reach. I would recommend taking the tram to Bordeaux. The property is not luxurious but it does offer spacious comfortable accommodation with a great wrap-around garden. The 2 large sofas for relaxing on of an evening while watching the massive TV is great. The owner is very friendly and helpful and met us on arrival to show us around the villa and kindly offered to arrange a boat trip for us. Overall we had a great short break.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Carcans dans cette propriété spacieuse et bien aménagé. Tout est dans le décor "style" avec des meubles accueillants et confortables, un frigidaire américain qui s'avère très utile en été si on aime les glaçons, et les différentes chambres bien équipés. Très invitant aussi le hamac à l'exterieur et le jardin pour jouer avec les enfants et se décontracter. Pour le quotidien et les vacances il y a tout ce qu'il faut en vicinité. Attention: Il faut apporter sa propre literie ce qui n'est indiqué ni dans le contrat ni sur Abritel. Le propriétaire à dû oublier de nous l'écrire par courriel, donc on l'écrit ici. Heureusement il a pu nous dépanner sans aucun problème.
