「The cleanliness of our room could have been much better. We found stained sheets and duvet covers, brown smears on the bathroom door and the bathtub was outdated and dirty. There was hair in the tub and in the bathroom. We found the phone not working, the air conditioner non functional, and had to ask for help with why outlets weren’t working to charge devices, only to find certain light switches needed to be on in order for them to function. Breakfast was fine, and better than nothing, but...
