“Parking great”

“The staff was helpful and the room was mostly clean. We came on a busy night so there were no parking spaces available. Noise from doors shutting in the hall was really loud.”

“Nice place even though it was in a bad neighborhood. Concerned about my car at night. The room was spacious and had a full kitchen. When I called the day before inquiring about what exit to take, they didn't know.”

“Everything was exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious, clean, quiet. Internet good. Breakfast hot, good selections, and staff at breakfast exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered from check in to check out and even the person working around the hotel that we passed in the hallway went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.”

“The hotel was nasty I never stayed at the hotel due to the tub not being clean, room itself looked like someone literally just come out of there right before they tried to put me in the room . trash still in the trash can , no trash bag ! No bad for the ice . pool closed , breakfast closed , nothing was working properly it was a scam ! I left and was supposed to get switched to a different room and they were supposed to change my room but got extremely rude !”

“We were choking on charm and drowning in character. Breakfast was great!”

“The gentleman that greeted us was friendly and efficient. The room was very spacious and included a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and kitchenware. We only used the refrigerator, which was clean and working well. The room itself was a little dated and needed some minor maintenance including a loose toilet seat and showerhead replacement. The bathroom is large, but towels are a good 4 feet from the shower with no nearby hooks, which is inconvenient. Breakfast was adequate.”

“In the middle of plenty of food stores and shopping areas, many are within walking distance.”

“Our bathroom the sink drained very slow and the toilet you had to continuously hold the handle down in order for it to flush, this made the experience not the great. It would have help if when we told the person at the front desk to offer to comp some of the room considering this was something major for us.”

“The room was clean and welcoming. I wish they would be more upfront about breakfast not being included upon check in. We did have the breakfast buffet and it was good.”

“There is no water in the pool. The room had only one working light . It was dark in the room . The next morning in the breakfast room their were roaches crawling in the bed box and behind the o.j. machine . We did not eat or have coffee . We got gone”

“Didn’t have hot water, pool was dirty with sonic wrappers cups and paper plates leaves, had to clean the pool myself as a guest in order to swim, manager wasn’t communicating well I booked a late checkout online out was told later that the hotel didn’t do late checkout out until the day u had to check out therefore the manager was rude and was threatening to call the police on me because of a mistake on there end, breakfast was sparse wasn’t a lot of options was only able to eat egg and……
