"First time in Jamaica and it has exceeded our expectations. We’ve stayed at Riu resorts in other locations before and Riu Aquarelle is definitely up to Riu standard. The staff was great, food buffet had nice choices including a great fresh juice bar in the morning. We tried Napoli-Italian restaurant and really liked it. The steakhouse was ok, good filet mignon but the sides were lacking. Carrots were too sweet, fries are not my choice with steak and creamed spinach was not the greatest either. The beach is beautiful, plenty of umbrellas and shade. Great entertainment team, kids club and activities for adults. Would certainly come back to this property."

"The entire property was immaculate. The staff throughout our stay was helpful and courteous. The crew at the Kids Club do an amazing job. The water park is great for kids of all ages. Waitresses and bartenders were all polite and attentive. Butlers Javaughn and Pierre went above and beyond to make our week there extra special while coordinating cabanas, meals, room service, and even went out of their way to deliver some N/A beers to our room that the resort didn't even offer. Cannot recommend this resort enough for families looking to vacation in Jamaica. Plenty of food options, if we had one "complaint" it would be that food service is a little slow but I think that is just attributed to more of the "island" way of life. 10/10, would return again for sure!"

Rooms were clean, grounds were clean, restaurants were clean, just another great time there. My wife has already said she wants to go back soon."
