Rooms could have been cleaner. Sheets and comforters had stains. Pillows were aweful. Bag of trash in our hallway the entire stay! Staff were rude. Came over to kick my daughter off the casino floor. However she’s 20. So he could have politely asked for her ID instead of embarrassing us!

Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort - All Inclusive
Stay away from the buffet. Make reservations early with the specialty restaurants. So much better. Pools are nice and beach is perfect and relaxing.
