Grand Hyatt Baha Mar
Housekeeping only came once during 3 night stay. Food was so overpriced, which is to be expected at a lot of these resorts, but the quality was very subpar. Some staff was friendly, others not so much. Water park is a lot of fun. Room was decent.

The shower stall water wouldn’t drain and it smelled. We called in a work order and they never showed up. We were there for a week.

The location is great but the room was outdated, moldy bathroom, extra towels were an additional charge, unwelcoming staff. Cannot recommend this one. Pool is still under renovation for 2+ years.
