Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort - All Inclusive
It was a partial ocean view, master suite room. Gorgeous hotel, room and aesthetic. Absolutely amazing staff at the pool/bar and entertainment. The only place that wasnt great was at the buffet. The staff at the buffet werent attentive.

pool was enjoyable. room was okay, could of been cleaned better. had to ask a few times for someone to fix tv remote, no one came even tho we asked 3 times

The balcony you was terrible because all you see was an abandoned empty pool. Also you can see all the hotel is very old and unkept. Parking was great
