“Owners are amazing- trustworthy, kind and responsive. As other reviewers note, the property is great- clean, safe, well appointed. But more importantly, the owners went out of their way for us. I left my iPhone behind and they figured out a creative way to mail it back to me in the U.S. Additionally, after a glitch with Expedia, the place was briefly double-booked but they went out of their way to fix it and accommodate. Great stay, terrific, accommodating owners. Highly recommend ”

“The property is beautiful. While it’s a new property the paint colors will need constant touching up in the hallways as the walls are very light in color. The pools are great but the hot tub is not very hot. ”

“This was my 2nd time staying here and I absolutely love it. Everyone is so helpful and the hotel is very clean and efficient. Quiet when needed but also has events and planned out activities even for families!”

“Breakfast was excellent. Happy hour is 5-630pm which is a plus. Pool & Spa is kept up nice as well. Beach is just across the street with huts & chairs available (first come first serve). Reco go out early morning to reserve one with the attendants out there. Our room was clean. Only issue was the shower drain was slow so it flooded the bathroom after every shower. We used so many towels to keep the water in. Overall, great stay. ”

“The room was exactly as expected. The location was central to most things we needed. The staff was all amazing, Rosaline was with us everyday of our 12 day stay and was very accommodating! We will definitely be booking here again! ”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“There are a number of restaurants on the premises (you need to make reservations once you're there) The staff are very friendly and speak all languages. The beaches are wonderful ”
