“Room was great; most rooms have a balcony with a soaking tub! Dinner options and entertainment was great. Outside activity concierge was great - helped us with rental car. Internal concierge not very helpful - did not introduce us to activities and amenities on the resort. Beach was quiet and location of resort was great but it is on the quiet side of the island if that’s your preference. Spa was just ok. We did a couples massage and got 20% off from Expedia booking! “One of the best options in Aruba because it is right in the middle of town. Grounds are very pretty and well maintained. Casino is very nice but impossible to win. Make sure you reserve your beach/pool chairs in advance of your stay.”

“The breakfast was made to order but don’t order anything extra or you will be charged. The hot tub was not hot but it did bubble. After 3 days the room was not tidied up. We had to ask for fresh towels but the linen was not changed. The employees had nice personalities but the service did not match.”

“The staff were absolutely amazing. They were especially helpful getting us taxis to and from locations. They were extremely helpful with getting a day trip scheduled for us to go on an island tour. The cleaning crew was awesome, daily service was great after coming back from a long day at one of the many beaches. The only negative was the side we were facing had loud music playing each night.”

“This property is very cute and safe. The pool area, the breakfast, lunch and happy hour were all amazing. Chandra was so wonderful and I was always greeted each day with a big smile from her. She was extremely helpful and so very kind. This location is a 6 min walk to Super Foods and a 10 min walk to Eagle Beach. I loved staying here for a week and will def be returning!”

“We had such a great time staying at the Divi. We stayed in a one bedroom in the main building everything is beautifully updated and clean! The pool area is so spacious and you didn’t ever feel like there were too many people even though the front desk said they were at 80% capacity. The beach was great and clean it was so easy to get chairs and palapas you could easily sleep in a bit and get a great spot even at 8am. “I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“We absolutely enjoyed this trip and this resort. The golf, access to the beach and palapas as well as golf cart shuttles all around were awesome. Special shout out to Edwin the Bell hop and Georgi from Concierge as they constantly go above and beyond to take care of the guests as if they are family”
