“Overall the stay was good but not worth $2500 for premium king room. We got fresh towels here and there but the floors were never mopped and never got a new bath mat the whole time we were there so we used towels. “I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
