“House of Mosaic is a one of a kind hotel.On our arrival at the front door, we were warmly greeted by Fernando, who is the owner of the property. He showed us to our room which happened to be the honeymoon suite. He gave us a tour of the room and explained how everything worked and answered all questions we had. Showed us where extra supplies were kept in case we needed them. He even offered us the use of two beach chairs for when we went to the beach. He also had prepared a light meal for us……

“Excellent location, great room very luxurious and very nice staff, I slip-fall in the spa and the hotel helped me to get a Doctor to come and check on foot that was very inflamed and in a lot of pain, a day before I was leaving, but they helped me to get a Doctor right away. Otherwise they place was beautiful, too bad I couldn’t enjoy my last two days, but the hotel has an excellent location and nice restaurants”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) We had a great stay at Eagle Aruba Resort and would definitely come back. The resort is clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the customer service. The staff was professional but not always warm or welcoming. We also had a small issue with our breakfast tickets and were sent between the restaurant and the front desk before the manager quickly resolved everything. Overall, it was……

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“I never received the service, the owner answered me 3 hours late, I never did "check in" for a terrible little room that he offered me that's not what I paid for. When he gave me the wrong room he sent me to another that smell that gas obviously we didn't stay in any room. (Husband, child and I) we run away looking for another safe place to stay. He deleted the conversation where he admitted he was wrong. He never showed up all of this was by WhatsApp. Super decepcionados desde que llegamos……
