“My wife and I have always stayed at a timeshare exchange unit when visiting Aruba. This time, however, we decided to arrive a day early. For the first time we would need to find an alternate accommodation for one night only. So I looked at some of the less expensive options on Hotels.com and based on price and excellent reviews we chose A1 Apartments. We were not disappointed. Everything was as described in the reviews-friendly and helpful staff and decent accommodations. Just a 5 minute……

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“I really enjoyed our stay at this property, just far enough from the tourist, hustle area, but close enough for some peace and quiet lounging on the beach. The pool at the condo is perfect. Everyone is friendly. Our hostess was very accommodating and answered any questions I had and gave very good suggestions. If I ever come back, I will book here again.”
