「Property itself was wonderful! Beautiful room, amenities, plenty to walk to, many restaurants in walking distance, great shopping, beautiful sunsets, easy to get cabs, great staff, all great! The only thing was some of the immediate surroundings outside the low rise (closed down night clubs) were a bit unsightly, however with the Carriibean Sea Views just beyond it was easily overlooked. I would DEFINITELY return here.」

「Love it!!!!!! Amir is the sweetest and most professional guy ever! It is a nice little hotel & apt style residence...the pool is wonderful. It is very close to the supermarket, totally walkable. If you walk for about 15 mins-ish to the right side the hotel, there are lots of good restaurants; Italian, dutch, pizza, and etc! Highly recommended South Beach Residence!!!」

「This is a fairly new property, having just opened in January 2025 and they are adding more units. Before I even arrived in Aruba, I called the property office twice and each time I spoke with Andy who was super nice, helpful and comforting! I had some issues with the transportation company I had booked claiming they did not have a reservation for me but had collected my money through Expedia! 「Toen ik en mijn partner arriveerden was er een klein probleem met de reservering. Onze reservering was nergens te vinden. Het werd wel op een professionele manier aangepakt en opgelost door de beheerster. Wij kregen een tijdelijke kamer voor onze eerste nacht en de eerstvolgende ochtend mochten we verhuizen naar een studio, zoals wij gereserveerd hebben. 「Great vacation in a perfect place.Owner Edward was easy to reach and was able to accommodate all our needs.Beautiful unit ,each bedroom has a bathroom attached. Top of the notch appliances. 「This place was perfect for my family of 5! Everything we needed was there. From chairs to bring to the beach to coolers, paper products, towels, washer and dryer. I particularly enjoyed the quiet ambiance, very family friendly unit and complex. The owner was very attentive. The pool is amazing and we truly enjoy our stay. 「Highly recommend this spacious and fully equipted unit. Quiet area with easy access to the beach. Great pool area and not ever crowded during our stay. 「We had an amazing stay at this condo. The location on Eagle Beach is perfect. We were able to get a palapa on the beach every morning and the pools were never crowded for our afternoon swim/rinse off. The condo had everything we needed with amazing views and a super quick walk to the beach. We had an issue with the AC the first night but it was addressed first thing the next morning and we had no issues at all after that. We would definitely stay here again! 」
