“The room was not new but it was nice. The TV and the hair dryer weren't working at first. They fixed the TV there was more of learning how to use it. And the hair dryer you needed to pull the trigger like a gun, but it worked fine after that. The beach was fantastic the pool and drinks were very good, the food was acceptable. The Japanese and Mexican restaurants were the best. We came for the golf and we enjoyed the golf thoroughly. Thank you too Jose Bautista who helped us out. ”

“This Melia was one of the most beautiful resorts my wife and I have visited with tropically lush paths and beautiful plants and animals. We upgraded to the Level and we were happy to have done so giving us a nicer room and also access to a beautiful smaller breakfast area right by the pool each morning. “This hotel is gorgeous! We needed to stay close to the airport after our original flight was canceled. The rooms were huge, really clean and just beautifully designed. The food and cocktails were the BEST we had our entire trip and the staff was just incredible. We had been in the Dominican for nearly a week at a different property that was supposed to be a 5 star resort but it had not been a great experience so this was such a refreshing change. The food is amazing especially if you book the restaurants, I booked the steakhouse (The Cut) and the Mediterranean restaurant (Bellum) both so flavourful, even the buffet is good, I normally get veggies and their steak, nachos at lunch with their salsas and sauces, the nacho chips are so good. The desserts are great too not super sweet, everything was very easy for me. Make sure u hav travel insurance in case of emergencies. Drinks are great……
