"Had a nice time with my family. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was quickly responsive to any questions or needs we had. Reservations at restaurants were difficult to obtain even with staff assistance. Was told some restaurants were booked weeks in advance. Wish I would’ve known this so I could’ve been more proactive sooner. The buffet was hit or miss, just had to be patient about looking around. Usually found something good. The resort was lacking in organized activities for guests unlike other places I’ve been to. But overall it was a relaxing experience."

"We booked the Unique, did not receive any of these paid benefits. Upgrades were not in the room upon arrival, had to ask for them, took days and it felt like a bother. Housekeeping came at 9pm the first night. Didn't clean until I complained. Do not clean pool chairs or tables. Staff not friendly except for restaurants, excellent service at restaurants. Butler checked in once during our 6 day stay. Food was great and grounds of resort are absolutely beautiful. Had we not paid for upgraded service, there would not have been as many issues. "

"The pictures (of the pool etc) on the website probably don't do this place justice. The pools are fantastic and we had them pretty much all to ourselves each day. Defo need car/taxi/Uber for getting to local shops a walk is not very nice."
