“La comida era muy buena y el hecho de que está junto a la playa es algo bellísimo, lo que sí es sumamente malo, es el trato de la gente de punta cana, parece que te hacen un favor o inclusive hasta barren a la gente, por ese motivo no volvería ahí, ni recomendaría a la gente que vaya”

“Loved the coffee shop and so many pool areas/bars/restaurants. Particularly liked the unique beach and breakfast/bar area. Also extra touches for birthday with banner, balloons etc. We brought hang up dehumidifier disposable bags which worked great as high humidity and aircon.”

“Not welcoming on reception, they just point to your room on the map and give you your key, no bell boys, no explanation of resort facilities. Unless you upgrade to Level which we did the second day, the rooms are very outdated and far from beach and breakfast (15m walk) trollies are very few, about every 20 m or more. Even the Level rooms have issues, our shower head was broken. Don’t believe any of the google reviews, guest are constantly approached at lunch, the staff ask you how lunch was……

“Overall we absolutely loved our stay. The variety of activities and food was great. And the different environments from quiet pools to party music had us entertained and relaxed the entire time. I do wish there was a jacuzzi by a pool but the 25 min at the hydro spa was good too. We had a swim up pool which made it nice for slow nights or quiet private mornings. The shows in the theater were great entertainment after dinners and the games in the pool were fun to watch”
