"The overall stay was great! The property was well kept. My room was cleaned daily and smelled amazing every time I walked in. The workers were pleasant and helpful. The food was great and there were options 24/7. They had fun activities and music by the pool. Club was opened nightly but it was a hit or miss with the music. I would highly recommend this resort and wouldn’t mind going back in the future."

"Good service. Excellent shows. Excellent very large infinity pool that makes swimming easy and spacious. Activities team is great and engaging. Where the resort lacked was to-go food options (ie Taco bar, sandwich bar or being able to take certain foods out of restaurants). Would be nice to have a place that you can take food to either pool area or room. Service was good but could be even better (specifically staff smiling a bit more to create a more welcoming atmosphere). That is nitpicking but wanted to mention."

"The property is beautiful. Love the Adult only option. The only complaint which isn’t meant to be a full negative was the food at the buffet. Same thing everyday some things looked day old. Would be nice if they changed it up had the “staples” but maybe theme food each day different."

"Overall, we had a great stay, mostly because the staff and waitresses were so friendly, welcoming, and wonderful. However, there were a few issues that need attention. When booking, I specifically requested and paid for a king-size room for myself, but upon arrival, I was given a room with double twin-sized beds instead and my request was neglected. Thankfully, my parents did get the king room they required. Additionally, our bathroom had no hair conditioner on the first day; even though I informed the front desk, it was never refilled during the entire stay. On the dining side, most of the food across our 6-day stay (three meals a day) was super salty, though some dishes were good. Lastly, I wish there was more consistent music during pool time; while they do play music, it is limited and depends heavily on the day's scheduled events. Great staff greeting and friendliness are what I love the most about this place, but please respect customer room requests next time instead of overlooking them."
