“During our stay, we found that the hotel room did not meet basic standards of comfort and habitability. The room had inadequate heating, and the bathroom had no heating at all. Furthermore, there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom, making it impossible to use a portable heater as an alternative.
In addition, the air conditioning unit in the bedroom produced excessive noise throughout the night, making it extremely difficult to sleep. As a result, we were unable to get adequate rest during……

“The hotel was satisfactory overall. It had a pool, various amenities, a pool table, and other activities that helped keep my children and me occupied during the cloudy and windy days. Breakfast was delivered promptly after we ordered, and, as advertised, our apartment had a direct view of the ocean.
However, I must strongly point out that this hotel is not wheelchair-accessible, which caused us significant difficulties. When I purchased the package—which was non-refundable—it stated that we……

Piscina exterior fria. Desayuno bueno y completo.
