"This is a very well maintained, modest hotel in a lovely part of town. The staff is very friendly and accommodating but note that the reception desk closes between 10:30p and 6:30a. The hotel is small and not spectacular but for a simple, straightforward stay in Heidelberg on a charming square (with a farmers market some mornings) it’s really exceptional. "

"One staff person was quite nice and helpful. The others ranged from aloof to rudely dismissive. Dining staff need to improve hygiene awareness. They tolerated hand picking through cheese, meat and breads by some of the guests. There usually were dogs in the dining room and some of the staff would go from petting back to food and dishes handing. A couple of the dogs weren't clean."

I check-in at night, but I found it difficult to believe that it's actually a hotel. I've to go out to double check on if the address is right. I branded it Ghost hotel. I was very terrified. I spent 2 nights without meeting a single person. You guys have to remove this House of Baron 2 from your website. "
