「Greetings. The location can’t be beat. The apt is a typical basic 2nd floor walk up. The building area could be a bit cleaner but the cleaning crew of the apartment is quite good. The place does seem clean. Bathroom and shower area worked well, with clean shower curtain. The apartment is fine for a few days stay, and quite frankly what you can expect for a basic NYC apartment… not renovated, not deluxe, but basic.. and the neighborhood makes up for it. 「The host was darling and communicative. My trip entailed mostly business with a bit of pleasure. The bed is outrageously comfortable and made for cozy sleep when solid sleep was a priority. The space is marvelous and accurately depicted as the photos and videos. We appreciated the hosts flair for all things curious and exotic.
