「It was a great place to stay and it was clean. I was charged for a damaged side table that was damaged prior to my arrival. They investigated and realized I was not the one who damaged the side table and returned the fee they initially charged.」

「Not very clean. Drawers were messy, floors were sticky. Did not have pillow cases on all pillows. Master bedroom had two dirty towels. The elevator stopped working and we were forced to carry luggage up to the 4th floor and there was rarely any parking available and always had to find street parking or paid parking elsewhere. The worst of the stay was the last night when the host called and texted at 3am, multiple times, while myself, my children, husband and brothers family were all sleeping,...

「Short story, what was supposed to be a cheaper one night stay, ended up with a towed car and a towing bill. No mention of parking not being available in the complex in the listing. No mention of parking rules in the check in email. By the time I got clarification, I was already at a concert with my car left behind so I wouldn’t have to worry about looking for parking near the event. The irony doesn’t escape me.」
