“Great location, super close to ISU. Staff was so friendly and helpful, clean and comfortable room. Loved the 2nd floor patio. Very relaxing space to decompress after a day of travel”

He did not tell us about the continental breakfast, check out time, asked if I was a Hilton honors member, etc. Seemed annoyed to have to look up my member number by phone number. Alright neighborhood and room was decent - definitely need some work in the room and cosmetic upgrades.”

“不错的酒店 工作人员都很友好，前台经常看到的是一个墨西哥女孩和一个应该也是墨西哥裔男生。 室内有游泳池，不大，还有个可以喷水的按摩池。 房间干净舒适，西式早餐，比较丰富，有提供水果。 酒店有个挺大的停车场。 位置就在离高速不远处，边上是个比较大的chase自助银行，对面就是加油站，还有超市，大概1公里左右有个小湖，早晚去湖边走走，看看日出日落，感觉也不错。 去bloominton和normal的downtown也不太远，如果开车的话。”

“Absolutely atrocious! No one was at the the front desk when we arrived at 3:30 pm to check in. Waited 25 minutes until someone came from the back to check us in. The pool was closed due to maintenance. There was puke on the stairs. The floors in the front entrance were sticky. Every single door to every room in the building has dents and looked they they had been broken into. The bathroom door was discussing. The tub filled up with water while taking a shower because the thing in the bottom of……

“Not the fault of the facility, lightning had destroyed the elevator control council and the Ice machine on our floor. I am 76 with bad arthritis and don't do stairs well, but there were no rooms available on the first floor. When we got to our room, the toilet would not stop running. The handle sticks down, and I had to bend the float rod to get it to stop running. Had to lift the handle after that. The air conditioner was very loud when the compressor kicked in. “First, the room looked nothing like what I had booked! There was supposed to be a separate area for the pullout bed. Since someone in the group snores, that is majn reason for booking this room. So that person worried about that all weekend. I requested a rollaway bed but didn’t have that either. Good thing one person didn’t come with. Second, the bathroom door didn’t lock, there were limited towels(good thing I brought extra from home), trim pulling away from wall. For being newly renovated,……

“Was a little taken aback about the lack of an elevator. While clean, the property definitely needs a bit of updating. I appreciated the lower price point and it was very quiet. Beds were comfy but rooms were stuffy, the AC didn’t seem to be able to keep up!”
