Kleine aber saubere und schöne Unterkunft. Die Vermieter waren auch Anwesend und diese waren so herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Soggiorno di 9 notti,monolocale con zona giorno e zona notte,bagno piccolo ma carino.30 mt. dal lungomare adiacente al porto,molto comodo per tutti i servizzi,10 metri da supermercato.Un po' carente sulle posate,per il resto vacanze da ricordare

Tipicità senza ventilazione

Servizio di selezione e definizione del contratto impeccabile, gestore gentilissimo ed anche assistenza sul posto se necessario. Come architetto Sono stata molto contenta di aver abitato in questa casa tipica di Carloforte un po’ buia e senza doppia ventilazione!!! Per fortuna il condizionatore ha sopperito ad ogni necessità. Il bagno è veramente piccolino ma... ci si abitua 😃dettagli di persone amorevoli ovunque. Bello il soffitto azzurro e la cucinetta ricavata sotto l’arco in pietra. Spero di ritornarci

"Piccolo e accogliente mo...

"Piccolo e accogliente monolocale dotato comunque dello spazio e di tutte le attrezzature necessarie per trascorrere una vacanza stupenda (in 15 giorni non c''è mancato nulla). La posizione è comodissima sia per godere dei servizi del paese sia per allontanarsi con i mezzi verso una delle tante spiagge dell''isola. La proprietaria è corretta e molto disponibile. Ci sono addirittura venuti a prendere all''arrivo del traghetto. L''annuncio corrisponde con precisione alla realtà. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci torniamo anche quest''anno!"

"L''alloggio corrisponde ...

"L''alloggio corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione del sito: è confortevole e molto carino. Si trova LETTERALMENTE a due passi dal lungomare di Carloforte ma non ci sono disturbi sonori durante la notte. E'' tutto a portata di mano. Per quanto riguarda l''isola di San Pietro in generale, sono rimasta molto colpita positivamente. Sono presenti sia scogli che calette con la sabbia (tutte segnalate e dotate di parcheggio) e il mare è proprio quello "della Sardegna": cristallino e con fondali meravigliosi!! Insomma in poche parole è un posto dove tornare!! "
