INTRODUCTION:
❁ Welcome to NM - The Land of Enchantment! Stay here while visiting Carlsbad for Caverns or for work! Relax in a peaceful, lovely and very safe area. Nice central location yet away from chaotic tightly packed Carlsbad neighborhoods. Just walk to Pecos River, beach, playgrounds and water park! LARGE comfortable KING beds in every bedroom streaming Hulu and Netflix on 55" 4K TVs. Close to Albertsons, many shopping and dining places. Central AC, washer and dryer, coffee and cooking amenities.

THE SPACE:
❁ Being a super host and consistently maintaining it over multiple reviews, multiple properties, and also years does not come easy. We strive to make every guest have a comfortable and a relaxed home stay visit after visit. We prepared our Playa house with the same dedication and humble attitude, that small thoughtful touches add up to make the place and stay worry free - from the very first timers to very experienced guests or travelers.

Bedroom:
❁ Very comfy 3-bedrooms each with a large king platform bed and a large 55" 4K TV streaming Hulu/Netflix/OTA.

Living room:
❁ Large living room with additional two futon sleepers and a large 55" 4K TV Streaming Hulu/Netflix/OTA.

Kitchen:
❁ Large kitchen with coffee, spices, oil, honey, sugar, salt, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Fridge and gas burning range.

❁ Ultra high speed Wi-Fi!
❁ Fresh linens, towels, on every stay and laundry machine access.
❁ Front porch with rocking chairs.
❁ Beach towels and chairs to take to the beach and parks.
❁ Fun spots nearby for kids and adults alike!

❁ Entire house and porch. Lots of parking space.

GUEST INTERACTION
❁ We give complete privacy to our guests. Check-in and check-out is via lockbox. We are available for any questions.

NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW:
❁ Lovely and quiet neighborhood, corner lot with spacious streets. Unlike some other areas, this home is not in a “shady” or clustered part of town (check other listing reviews). Literally walk a few minutes to the river, grocery, playgrounds and parks with grills, beach and water parks.
❁ Corner lot with no barking dogs.
❁ Visit Caverns or local events without compromising on comfort of your home!
❁ Lots of parking on the lot itself.

❁ Nostalgic train sound rolling 3-4 times a day. House is very quiet inside. Please respect the place as yours and leave it as clean as possible. Please dust off before entering the house, and dust off all possible clothing before using the washer and dryer. Washer and dryer is fully functional but room is under works. Hot weather means a few bugs, insects and pests outside or inside. Nothing harmful, and while we strive to keep the house pest free, you may see them occasionally! House is only for the number of guests during bookings, especially for overnight stay. Any additional guests beyond number of guests booked can automatically result in refusal of service and immediate eviction. Thanks for the understanding, and enjoy your comfortable stay!
