This rental was two separate units that have a connecting door. It is a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. The beach is accessible via a short set of stairs. I dont belive it has an air conditioner so I would be hesitant to rent it over the hot summer months but other than that is is an great, cute little beach unit!
