Our stay was ok, but I don’t have a desire to go back. There was never towels at the pools - I had to ask for towels at the desk every time my kids and I went to the pool. They never cleaned our room, so our trash can was full, we didn’t have enough towels and the soap in the shower was empty. I would ask for towels and they would say they would bring them, but never did. The elevators made horrible noise. I over heard a guest say she got stuck in one & then all of a sudden the elevator was out of order. Our stay was ok…but nothing makes me want to recommend or go back.

The rooms were clean. The shower seemed a little bit outdated . The breakfastwas wonderful. The pool area was slightly unclean. The pool was slightly dirty, and there were not enough pool towels
