Room was unfortunately not clean. Refrigerator was not cleaned and smelled so bad we couldn’t even open it without the entire room smelling. Staff were really sweet. Breakfast was not stocked, most items you couldn’t even use (no waffle mix, no bowls for cereal). There are tons of reviews saying they were going to take the same feedback and make changes- this is not the case.

Booked for over a week. Toilets and sink were not cleaned during entire stay. Bed sheets were not changed until it was brought to the attention to the front desk and the room was not vacuumed. If you want the housekeeping to know what to clean, you have to leave them a note on exactly what you want, which I thought was odd because other motels they cleaned the toilet and sink area daily without being told. I never left any notes so if you want your room cleaned, write out your notes.

Polite staff. Ice machines didn't work but they allowed us to get ice from the lobby/bar area so that was nice of them. Was a decent stay.

this place is very new and had a lot of new things, i would not say it is deep clean, but its clean in comparison & for the price. honestly, it just needs a good deep clean then the place would be a 4 star. the workers were super nice, all the stuff worked well and it was spacious.

Room was not available at check in. Had to clean myself upon check in because grease stain was on tv console. Hair was on sink and tub. I have my own cleaning products. Other than that, room is nicely put together. Plenty of storage space and updated furniture.
