Inside enjoy a new 42-inch flat screen tv and a comfortable queen-size sofa bed. The master bedroom features a California king bed with an ultra quiet split air-conditioning unit to keep you cool and comfortable as well as a new 32-inch flat screen smart tv. French doors lead to the brick-paved patio. This ground-level condo also has a covered carport just steps away as well as a common BBQ/patio area. Beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs are provided for your time at the beach. Come and enjoy the beach life and the charm of Carlsbad at a location you cannot beat. We offer no contact check-in. If booking in summer, we only rent weekly - Saturday to Saturday.
