"Some type of system issue that prevented them from giving out room keys at check in. Sue to the number of guests all checking in @ 3 pm it took 45 minutes waiting in line just to check in. I paid an increased rate for the room due to the event in town and they offered nothing more than an apology for the inconvenience of making us run late for the show"

"The room I was in on the first floor I had 2 roaches in it. I was moved to a room on the fourth floor, with a nicely sized mature roach in the bathroom. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. If you do bring a concern to the night staff, expect a rude attitude. I cannot stress enough, you're better off dozing off in the nearby gas station than staying here. The entire building needs fumigation."
