Extended stay in beautiful Carmel by the Sea

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed in Carmel during the winter. Hedgehog is a lovely small cottage. It has both charm and quirks. The bedrooms are comfortable and nicely sized, the bathrooms are great, and the living room and dining room are small but adequate. Kitchen also small but workable for one cook at a time. I was glad that only two of us were staying here.The home would benefit from some minor investments. Much of the cookware and utensils were cheap plastic, which I like to avoid using so I don’t eat plastic with my food. The couch is hard and uncomfortable. Carmel by the Sea is a vacation town, full of tourists and visitors and part time residents. The beach is stunning, and it’s close to gorgeous parks, drives, and places to adventure
