“Stayed at Jasmin’s house for 1 night and will never stay here again nor will I recommend it. She took our refundable deposit. I bought insurance coverage for property damage. Me and my friends took the time and effort to clean her house and made sure everything is in order how it was when we get there. Vrbo care told me the additional deposit was not needed because I already bought the insurance but Jasmin insisted to ask for additional money.This property is not guest friendly-not suited for……

“The view was amazing. That was the best part of this stay.Be prepared to be hit immediately with the smell of bleach. I highly recommend to open every single window and door asap. Keep them open your entire stay. We aired it out by just opening a few windows. Unfortunately I woke up at 2am very dizzy and feeling nauseous. I went to step outsude for fresh air and tripped over the unnecessary step. Injured myself pretty badly. My girlfriend went searching the entire house for a first aid kit.……

As previously stated by others, bathrooms are located within 2 of the 4 rooms so prepare for that, and the upstairs master shower warm water is reverse. As long as you are aware of those two unique property facts, the stay is great. Host responds promptly with any questions as well. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Overall was a good weekend. The views were stunning and property itself is great. There were a few challenges - 1 there was dead mouse in the middle of one of the guest bedrooms upon check in. This indicated to us that the house hadn’t been cleaned recently. 2 - the WiFi didn’t work at all on our first day. 3 - there is a guest house on the property that was also rented to other tenants. This was not advertised anywhere. The other tenants did not know that we had a dog and left the gate wide……

“The property was perfect for what we needed and very clean. We were close by to Pacific Grove. The free guest passes to the Aquarium were also a huge perk! The kitchen had plenty of pots and amenities so we were able to easily make our own food.”

“Read the fine print. While I knew there wasn’t a bedroom for each of us, I did not realize there was a weird bathroom situation. The bathroom had a toilet and a tub/shower. There were 2 sinks, one in each bedroom. Nowhere to wash hands if using the bathroom and you are the one sleeping on the pull out bed. No kitchen, teeny tiny college fridge, no utensils for eating take out. Basically this is a hotel room without the 24hr amenities. Also, the bathroom was not clean when we stayed. Carmel is an……
