On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room that opens onto a 6 m2 balcony, offering pleasant views of the garden and the resort. This level also features 1 bedroom with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room with WC. On the upper floor, the space is thoughtfully arranged to include a gallery area with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 additional bedroom with a French bed of the same dimensions as the one on the ground floor, measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A separate shower room is also available on this floor. The property features a total of 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, with the gallery sleeping area situated in an open-plan setting rather than an enclosed room. The house benefits from access to a beautifully maintained garden of 290 m2, completing the overall sense of space and comfort.

Schöne Lage, aber…

Das Haus braucht dringend eine komplette Renovierung. - Es sollte auch kontrolliert werden, ob die Hausreinigung ordentlich durchgeführt wurde. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und man kann viel in der Umgebung unternehmen.

Maison tranquille Pont Aven

Placée au calme, a proximité du centre de Pont Aven, cette maison offre un bel espace de vie avec ses 2 chambres attenantes et son jardin. Très bon accueil des propriétaires avec attention et en toute autonomie, lits faits, petite cuisine agréable. On recommande ! Pascaline et Jacky.

Gute Lage

Die wesentlichen Sachen - z.B. Küchenflächen, Toilette - waren sauber geputzt, aber in die Ecken durfte man nicht so genau gucken. Alles funktionierte. Vieles war sehr schäbig, z.B. die versiffte Fußmatte, die Gardinen, die gelösten Tapeten. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, braucht eine gründliche Komplettreinigung und eine Renovierung. Die Lage ist super. Die ständigen Werbemails von EasyReserve lange vor Reiseantritt waren nervig.
