Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, such as the alcove. The living and dining room is tastefully furnished and opens directly onto a private terrace of 10 m2, offering a pleasant view of the resort. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and a separate WC. The kitchenette is well-equipped and fully functional, featuring 4 hot plates, an oven, and an electric coffee machine, making it ideal for preparing meals during your stay.

L'appartement est agréable mais quelques points négatifs et qui pourrait être amélioré : - les chaises intérieurs on déjà bien vécues et mériteraient d'être remplacées, - certain petit détail montre que l'entretien de l'appartement n'est pas parfait (détail de propreté, quelque aménagements vieillissants ...) -fournir un bbq c'est très bien, mais manques un ou deux ustensiles pour un usage agréable de ce dernier (set d’accessoire bbq afin de pouvoir faire des grillade sans risque de ce brûler).. - l'absence de stationnement est un vrai point négatif. cdt. Laurent GARNIER [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The apartment is nice but some negatives and could be improved: - the interior chairs are already well lived and deserve to be replaced, - some small details show that the maintenance of the apartment is not perfect (detail of cleanliness, some aging issues...) -providing a bbq is very good, but lacks one or two utensils for a pleasant use of the latter (set of bbq accessory in order to grill without risk of burning) .. - the absence of parking is a real negative point.

Très proche de la grande plage

Très bien situé : 10 min à pied de la grande plage de Carnac et des commerces. Arrêt Carnavette (navette gratuite municipale) à 5 min. Copropriété calme, entretenue, fleurie. Appartement lumineux mais peu fonctionnel. Très peu de place pour cuisiner et ranger les provisions. Chambre lits superposés est plus un placard qu’une chambre : très peu de place, pas de fenêtre ni de rangement possible. Des travaux de finitions seraient aprexiable pour donner raison au prix de la location.
