Single-family house "Le Rivage", 2 storeys. In the centre of Carnac Plage, from the sea, 100 m from the beach. Private: garden (fenced). Garden furniture, public parking 10 m. Shop 50 m, restaurant 150 m, bakery 500 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach "Grande Plage de Carnac" 100 m, thermal baths "Thalassothérapie Thalazur" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, surf school 6 km, sailing school 100 m. Nearby attractions: Thalassothérapie 100 m, Les alignements de Carnac 4 km, La Trinité sur Mer 4 km, Presqu'ile de Quiberon, Belle île en Mer 15 km, Vannes 35 km, lorient 45 km. Hiking paths: Le Golfe du morbihan.
3-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 2 adults + 3 children. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower/WC. Upper floor: gallery with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower. Electric heating. Balcony 6 m2, garden 290 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). View of the garden and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

The house was in a good position in Carnac near the beach and shops. As the photos suggest it is in need of modernisation. Well equipped but dated. I have never stayed in a rental property which was left in such a dirty state. It cannot have been cleaned for months as the dust on all the surfaces was so thick that you could write your name in it. I therefore felt rather uncomfortable for the week.
