Amazing experience

I cannot express how much I love this place and how much me and my family enjoyed our vacation here. We have been to many hotels and short term rentals but nothing like this place. The inside of the 2 bedroom & 2 full bathroom condo was so beautiful and seems like everything was brand new and clean. Then you look out the double sliding doors in the living room or the master bedroom glass door to see ocean view. We spent most of our time at the beach since it was in our back yard and when not at the beach we went to the salt water pool onsite, indulged in all of the local bar’s & restaurants, boardwalk, and so much more. We also spent a lot of time on the back covered porch listening to the waves crashing, smelling the salt water sea and taking in the beauty of gods creation. I will be back to this place everyone for our beach vacation. The property management team we dealt with were top notch and great customer service. I highly recommend this place and its gourmet kitchen that we loved cooking in. Thank you beach nest and ITrip!!! We will be back.

Breath taking!!

The photos did not do this property justice. The beautiful full renovations and beach front views was a great experience. From the tile throughout, custom gourmet kitchen, both full bathrooms are covered with this beautiful blue marble from top to bottom and new appliances. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, everything you need for cooking. They had large flatscreen TV’s in each room, ceiling fans in each room with remotes, cable, high speed internet, comfortable king size beds, and very clean. I absolutely loved the custom sliding bathroom mirror door. The spa like master shower was so nice and didn’t want to leave the shower. They had a salt water pool onsite and steps away from the ocean so you didn’t have to walk far at all. It was close enough to the marina and great restaurants and not far from Wilmington either. You can rent a golf car like we did if you didn’t want to drive a car or walk. The boardwalk was a few blocks down which we highly enjoyed. I will be scheduling our family beach trip here each year and hopefully more than once a year if our schedule allows. The company overseeing this property was amazing and extremely helpful.

AMAZING STAY - slice of heaven

Absolutely AMAZING stay at 918 Carolina Beach N Unit 3B! 🌊 The condo was spotless, stylish, and so comfortable — it instantly felt like home. The condo is perfectly located right on the oceanfront, offering stunning, unobstructed views of the beach and sunrise every morning. Sitting out on the balcony with a cup of coffee while listening to the waves was truly the highlight of my stay. Having the beach just steps away was a dream. Overall, this condo was everything we were hoping for and more. We loved how close it was to restaurants and the boardwalk while still feeling private and peaceful. This place truly has it all! We’re already planning our next trip back — highly, highly recommend!

Not stress free

Check in process was great. One we got there we found out it was no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. I had my mom who is 84. She had a hard time with the stairs and would not leave except three times on our 4 night stay. There was no closet in the main bedroom. Our first night the shower clogged up. I notified them and they would not send anyone to take care of it. Thank goodness there was drano under the kitchen sink and I had to work 1 1/2 hrs to fix it. The next day the oven went out and we had bought a lot of food to cook. They said they would send someone out to look at it but they did not, they didn't show up until the next day. They said they were going to bring a small air fryer/ oven that night but it never showed up. When I spoke with them there answer was that it all worked prior to my arrival. Implying that we must have done something for it not to work. The last night there maintenance did say it was electrical and not our fault. One night we got locked out of the condo around 8:00 pm. I notified them and they said someone could not get there until 10:00 pm. Thank goodness my daughter know how to open a door with a credit card and we got in about 9:30 pm. The response time to fix things or lack of was terrible. They have not tried to make good on anything. I expected that they would refund some money because we had to throw away biggest part of our food. I held off this review hoping they would.
