Frankies place is a very nice home. Very roomy. However if you plan to cook for several people the stove only has 3 working burners and the 2 frying pans stuck making every meal difficult to cook, providing only 1 spatula. When retrieving clean dishes from the cabinets, they infact were not clean. Frying pan had what looked to be eggs in it and chilli on plates that were supposed to be clean.1st floors bathroom shower would not get hot water. You may want to ask for extra towels and wash clothes only 1 per person was provided. The beds were nice and firm. Very convenient location but every beach close by requires paid parking By the hr or day. The lay out of the home is 3 floor. 1st floor being the garage one bedroom/ bathroom, 2nd floor 1/2 bath and kitchen and living room and 3rd 2 bedrooms/ bathroom and laundry room. You will also need to dry smaller loads as the dryer required two cycles each time we washed clothes.
